Thai Herbal Massage Ball

This is one of the famous Thailand signatures for traditional healing. We combine several dried herbs what are effective healing ingredients mainly use for muscle pain, muscle inflammatory, blood circulates and get refreshing from their aroma.  Main active ingredients are Plai(Cassumunar Ginger), turmeric, Curcuma Malabarica Velay, Lemongrass, Kaffur lime skin and more.

Direction: Recommend to get 2 balls for continuing long massage for pain relief.

1. Steams the herbal ball(s) until it warm and gives the pleasant scent of its aroma.

2. Massage thoroughly on the pain area gently and its boundary. If you don't use to it or first use please check and test its temperature very well before apply on your skin to avoid skin burn and not too hot for your skin; or use one towel cover the area you are using before massaging with the ball.

3. When the ball turns to cold then change with new warm one and put the used one into hot steamer if you want to continue using after the other one.

4. Leave the used ball until it is cold and rinse off a bit to clean the dirt off before keeping it in the fridge.

tip: the balls can be reused for 2-3 times or until the scent is faded.

precaution: the ball may leave its herbal colors on your clothes, try to wear light color clothes when applying.
